I use my writing and editing expertise, understanding of adult learning principles, and UX and design education to create documentation, online learning, and training experiences that make technical and other complex concepts accessible and understandable for all types of users.
About me
I have been working with words for decades—as a proofreader, copy editor, reporter, production editor, instructional designer, content strategist, and more. I earned my master’s degree in Interactive Media with a concentration in UX Design, where I wrote the ebook on ebooks. I also have expertise in video production, website design, and graphic design, because content is more than just words.
